On September 28, 2018, the Appellate Division, Fourth Department reversed the Assault in the First Degree conviction of ETKS client Kenneth Farley, and ordered that he be given a new trial on the grounds that the trial court erred in denying defendant’s challenge for cause to a prospective juror.
