Partner William T. Easton Secures Release of Client from Federal Prison Under COVID-19 Relief/Emergency Motion

On Tuesday, April 14, 2020, Partner William T. Easton secured the released of an ETKS client from the Federal Bureau of Prison after filing several motions for relief under an Emergency Motion for Order Reducing Sentence/ Modifying Judment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only was Mr. Easton able to secure the release of the client, but it was also ordered that the client’s condition of six months home detention subjection to electronic monitoring be removed.
