Managing Partner Donald M. Thompson was mentioned in a front-page article of the Jamestown Post-Journal regarding his advocacy on behalf of client Anthony Taglianetti. Thompson argued the case on behalf of Mr. Taglianetti at the New York State Court Appellate Division on February 18, 2020. Thompson is quoted in the article as stating during his oral argument that “The lower court completely failed to exercise any discretion concerning the belated filing of the 250.10 notice, noticing the intention to present a mental health defense.”
