Donald M. Thompson Featured in Podcast Discussing Representation of Daniel and Joseph Prude

Managing Partner, Donald M. Thompson, was recently featured again in the “May It Displease the Court” Podcast discussing  his representation of the family of Daniel Prude  and protesters who were seriously injured as part of the protests that swept throughout Rochester following the release of the body camera footage involving the tragic death of Mr. Prude. He is also part of  litigation that is aimed at holding the government accountable for its failures, as well as changing police practices and the treatment of those who need assistance during a mental health crisis.
