Paul Meabon Secures Release of Client Held Under Sealed Indictment Rioting Charge

On December 10, 2020, Associate Paul Meabon, secured the release of his client who was held under a sealed indictment for the allegation of ‘Rioting’, at the time citizens of Rochester were protesting the death of Daniel Prude. Mr. Meabon wrote to Supreme Court Judge Victoria Argento and was granted the release of his client who was held at the Monroe County Jail. Mr. Meabon cited New York State Criminal Procedure Law in securing the freedom of his client.  You can read a redacted copy of the letter below:
