On October 8, 2020, Associate Attorney Yousef N. Taha obtained an outright dismissal of a six-count drug conspiracy indictment charged against his client pending before New York Supreme Court Justice Victoria Argento. Judge Argento ruled in Yousef’s favor and granted his motion pursuant to CPL 30.30 dismissing all charges on behalf of his client.
